Immigration has the widest gap between remembered and searched answers of any sector we measure. Ask an AI from memory, then ask it again after it searches, and the advisers it names match about 5 percent of the time.
It is also the most crowded market we track at the top. Ten firms take a third of all mentions.
A 5 percent match means these are really two different answers to the same question. An adviser who has earned a place in what the AI already thinks is usually missing from what it finds when it searches, and the other way round.
At the same time, the top of this market is more crowded than anywhere else we measure. Ten firms take 33 percent of mentions, against 14 percent in law.
So the door is narrower, and there are two of them.

Because the remembered answer and the searched answer are almost completely separate. Across our tests they named the same adviser about 5 percent of the time, the widest gap of any sector we measure.
